French and Indian War
The war is really bad. Even though we won my brother was killed in the war and we all miss have very much. We did win the battle of Quebec but there is a bunch of new stupid rules that we all hate. We can't even get more new land. At least we have Florida to trade with now. Hopefully nobody else close to me dies anytime soon.

Conflicts Arise
The French and us British people are fighting a lot. It must be because the land and the money. If we could get land farther west I think it would be a lot better for my family. I think George Washington is a brave man and he needs to keep fighting for us. Hopefully if he does that we can get more land. It's a good try bringing up all together with the Albany Plan of Union, but I dont want to give up anything. I do think there will be a war soon, there is just to much fighting.

My Culture
We are very glad that a new church is opening. Jonathan Edwards may come and preach at the grand opening next week. I feel bad for Steve Jr. he has to stay at school. I think he will become a great inventor when he grows up. If he ran for governor I think he would make it. I can vote because I'm a male who owns land and I will try and get as many people I can to vote for him if he does run for governor. I can only trade with England and only use English ships, and that makes me kind of mad because they are not cheap. We need to start making more money soon, or we might have to sell some of our slaves.

All About Me
Hello, my name is Steve Rottinghouse. I am 45 years old, white, and married. I am married to Amelia. We live in Georgia on our plantation. We have one child named Steve Jr. He is 13. We are considered wealthy. We have a very big house. We have 10 slaves and have many acres of land. We have one slave who stays in the house and cleans in there. I spend most of the day working outside on the plantation, fixing the house, and beating my slaves, especially one named Haqua Maka Hala who acts worse then all the slaves and tries to run away with his wife all the time. My son Steve Jr. is taught to not talk to the slaves. Thats pretty much everything about me, my family, and all my slaves.
